I applaud you for finding a dog at a shelter, how wonderful for you & the family, for the new dog, and for Tippy! 

You are doing great for 6 weeks post op, I am really impressed.

Don't forget to keep your fluid up while on the road today, at 6 weeks out you are not "hungry" but you need to keep hydrated.

Looking forward to an update tomorrow if  you are on the weekend menu thread if you get a new forever doggie
