HIT GOAL !!!!

After 2mths of battling through the 150's....I have finally made it to my original goal of 150lbs.   Still in my 8th month post op. 112 lbs down, sitting at 148lbs as of today....FEELING FANTASTIC!!!!!

So......now what?   I am NOT done losing. 150 was just a nice number I threw out there when this whole process started.  Not sure exactly where or when it will stop, but I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing each day and see where it takes me.

I'm soo grateful to have been given the chance to take the RNY route.  Even though we whine about the long waits for surgery, we Ontarians are damn lucky to have this opportunity available to us....FREE!!!!

Feeling happy and healthy and confident is AMAZING.  Everyone deserves to feel this way.

Congratulations!!! My plan is to meet goal at 8 months as well. So this is inspiring news. Any tips for a newbie? Best of luck.

 Advice.....Measure out your portions  , journal everything you eat, keep carbs minimal, fruit minimal, water (liquids) high, keep your BM'S regular and find some forms of exercise you enjoy like my 2 favs Zumba & walking my dog. I wish you the best in achieving your goal...just always  believe in the power of you !!!
