Hello!!

I thought I would introduce myself since I've been lurking. I'm 39, married with 3 kids. I met with my doctor yesterday and we decided that I would go with the RNY. Surgery hasn't been scheduled yet, but it will be in 2-3 months. I have a group nutrition class on Monday and my psychological appt on Wednesday so things are moving along.

I've already learned a lot on this site and am looking forward to going through this journey with all of you!

welcome! I remember my introduction - about 6 weeks ago- and now i am 3 weeks post op. These boards have been invaluable to me!

Welcome! Congrats on your decision to get WLS (weight loss surgery) and going with the RNY. Surgery in 2-3 months, wow that time will fly by! I hope you will stick around and don't hesitate to ask questions and ask for support or guidance.

Welcome! I had been lurking for awhile also and just introduced myself a couple weeks ago. I have also learned so much from this site. Great people here! I am waiting for "the phone call" for my surgery date. I was told I would be getting a call within the week which was Monday.
