What's On Your Thursday Menu, RNYers?
So strange- i was going to post today about this. I was complaining about all my fatigue last week, yet, now, i am not napping, absolutely pooped by the end of the day, and was having trouble getting to sleep . .. so i tried some magnesium cream the past couple nights- helps to get to sleep, but not keep me asleep. was up from 12:30 to 2am last night. Its frustrating.

Daisy, I've been sleeping fantastic for the past couple of weeks, unlike most nights. Usually I have trouble falling and staying asleep. Lately I have been having a cup of tea about an hour before bed, no milk or sweetener, just plain old decaf Barry's Irish tea. I'm out almost before my head hits the pillow, I do wake up to pee, (thank you menopause and tea) but I go right back to sleep.
Daisy, the doggie costume sounds adorable (any pics?!?!) And, you have that right about time going so SLOW before vacation, except for the last day right before when everyone needs something and all you want to do is tie up any lose ends, ya know?
I did have a few nights this week that I didn't sleep well (my Fitbit app showed I tossed and turned all night) but so far the last few have been better and more normal for me. Hope you get back in a good pattern soon.
So sorry for your loss Kristen, it is never easy to lose a friend or loved one.
QOTD: Halloween costumes, I've never been big on them, the last time I dressed up I was a vampiress, before that it was probably in college when I went as an M&M along with a few friends. Other than that it was those nasty costumes we had in the 60's and 70's with the horrible plastic masks.

Good morning. I'm so sorry for your loss. Hugs all around. As for hose, I always say nude hose or black tights. I HATE black hose on anyone (yes, I know I'm weird). Also, I really like wearing hose (I'll check my self into the asylum later today ). I love the way they make my pasty nasty legs look.
QOTD: When I was around 15 years old, 5 of us ladies went dressed as identical clowns with one girl's baby brother as the 6th clown. It was adorbs! My favorite costume as an adult was a family costume. Me, my hubbie and son dressed as convicts and my daughter was the copper. Of course I cropped myself out of the pic because I was heavy
