I have to tell you all that a couple of years ago my husband and I went to a Halloween party at a bar that we were friends with the band members, me being fat, was hard to come up with something to wear, I then saw a rerun of the Drew Carey show, so I went as MEME, big blonde wig, bright blue eye lids and all...lol  I won best costume!  

AV very sorry about your friend. Definitely wear a sheer nude hose, otherwise you will be head to toe in black. 

Best halloween costume: sexy cat with a really long tail and cute ears; that was high school.
