I have been using the PatchMD multi vitamin patch as i can not tolerate the celebrate chewables. I use the creamy lemon bites with vita D by calcet but will be switching to a pill due to the cost. B12- sub lingual daily and an additional D3 (Dry) daily.
I will be going in for my 4 month follow up on Monday and hopefully they will run labs so i know what my levels are and if any adjustments need to be completed.
I take:
2 generic complete multi-vitamins
3 Calcium (500 mg)/D3 / K - also generic
1 1000 unit B12

I take it daily, but I had a low B12 several years before WLS, so the dr. wants to be sure I'm getting enough.

Patch?! What am awesome idea! I'm doing the chewable twice daily. The Patch would be So much more convenient.
