Congrats on the yummy meats!

For years I would overcook food, but about 7 or 8 years ago I started watching the food network and really getting into doing the food right.  I learned how to cook meat like a pro, and can cook a steak or burger to temp.  I also gained 75lbs after becoming a foodie, lol.  Now I'm down the pounds, but I still have the skills taught to me by Mr. Alton Brown and his Good Eats!

Hi Sunqueen15,

I don't have exact measurements. I take yellow mustard but any mustard would be good.  I add balsamic vinegar and stevia to taste. I really love it on salads, meats and anything I can find. I bought one of those dressing bottles.
