So sorry to hear about your friend. I will be thinking of you and his family.

I did read the occasional comic, but none stick out as a favorite.

Spoke to Nutritionist yesterday bout the headaches, she suspects the same as mea too long before dinner and my lack of follow-through on getting my last protein shake in everyday. I did feel a little better last night. Also beefing up my allergy meds for the next month even though there was frost on the ground this morning.

Time since surgery:  3.5 Months

B:  Double Scoop Unjury Shake

S:  Virginia Ham

L:  ??Nothing looks good on the cafeteria menu today so probably a Tuna snack to-go kit

D:  1/2 Cheeseburger Patty

S: Unjury Shake

TOTALS:  Cals:  725  Protein:  106  Carbs:  21  Fat:  16

With the crazy winter I've had allergies since February...not the full fledged worst of it, but sniffles all day.

Hope you can figure out a plan that makes you feel better. having a routine that works really helps....

Headaches for me are usually either weather related (all this rain, snow, sun, cold, warm, its all crap!)  Or if I don't drink enough I will often get a "I need water" headache.  Allergies yes for sure and low iron, I hope you get some relief soon, headaches suck!

Loved the Saturday papers comic's as a kid, Peanuts, The Far Side (my favourite), Family Circus, Calvin & Hobbes (which is also my husband's favourite and he has many of the books, not all but many!), there are a few other's but I can't think of the names right now...

Update: my MIL came home from the hospital yesterday afternoon, she is home resting and feeling better. Thanks everyone for the well wishes!

Snowing hard here right now all day here today and then rain tonight, then snow again Friday. I am personally exhausted from all the crazy up and down weather! Its really making me tired, and I had a brutal headache yesterday/last night (thought of you Mamata2!!).

Found out yesterday at work that a girlfriend of mine who I thought was a close friend and I have confided in her some personal things is in fact a back stabbing *****  Another girlfriend at work called me to tell me that the other person has a big mouth, tells all my confidences and can't be trusted. Needless to say I am so upset and hurt I can't even concentrate.  I see a throat punching happening!!!

Time since surgery: 2 years 5 months

B: coffee x 2 with splenda & lactose free milk, 10 shrimp + ****tail sauce

L: one can of solid white tuna over chopped up yellow bell pepper + balsamic dressing

S: laughing cow cheese + yellow bell pepper strips

D: 5oz of grilled Angus steak with grilled red bell pepper

S: laughing cow cheese + yellow bell pepper strips

TOTALS: Calories: 933  Protein: 125 Carbs: 43  Fat: 32

V/W: vits done calcium on alarms, lots of coffee, tea and water with a splash of cranberry juice

E: Will hike the dogs in the snow when I get home from work and then maybe the gym for a run, I am tired so might skip the gym

I will tell the important people in my life I love them and for the record I love my OH Menu gang

Ugh. This makes me heart hurt to read, Daze. How can anyone be so horrible to YOU!
