Have a great one!
I am impressed by your protein being so high and your calories so low...considering it looks like a decent amount of food. My menus are so lame and uncreative. I need to get at least 100g protein per PS one month pre-op and one month post-op...honestly I have been having 2 protein drinks a day, most days to get there....

I use Fairlife as well... I don't really drink milk, except using it in protein drinks...and I like the bump of protein. Living alone I get bored of what I make...it is hard to not make having tons of leftovers...then I get sick of it. I won't freeze them either hate frozen leftovers.

Oh, AV, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. 45 is very young. I know how it goes, last year I lost 2 cousins (1 aged 40 and 1 aged 35) and a childhood friend that was my age. My grandfather passed away as well, and all of those deaths were within a month of each other. The two cousins, which were from the same side of the family) died within 4 days of each other. It was a horrible time for our whole family. My heart goes out to you, and I'll say a prayer that you find peace. I am also an organ donor, and while the loss is hard, the organ donation is a bright spot, as he will be helping someone else live.
So, yesterday I was ravenously hungry all day. I guess it was just one of those days. so far I'm feeling good today, but I'm hoping for a small pouch day today so it won't be as miserable.
QOTD: I don't hate comic strips, but I was never really into them. I guess if I had to pick my favorite, I'd pick B.C. I always got a chuckle out of it.

I'm going out and picking up the new Star Wars movie on DVD and we'll be watching it tonight. I'm allowing myself a small bag of popcorn with it.
Have a great day everyone! My vacation is going well. Tomorrow is the water park, I'm super excited about it, but I gotta shave my legs!
Have fun at the water park! You get to wear that awesome new bathing suit, right? I DREAD having to find a bathing suit. I already bought some board shorts to cover my HORRIBLE saggy thigh/knee skin. Just have to find a suit to go with it.
I'm going to let my hubby take a picture of me in the suit, just for you guys. I have actually slimmed a little since I bought it and I'm feeling pretty good about the way it fits right now. I bought 2 suits, one that is skirted with a tankini top and the bikini. I'm wearing 1 on Thursday and 1 on Friday, hehe. I'll get pics in both.
