I wish I had one of these in my life, today!

My favorite outdoor toy was the swing set.  I could swing on the swings for hours!  My feet went so high they touched the leaves!  Confession:  I STILL like to go to the park and swing on the large swing sets there!

Yes! I loved that bouncy thing! One of my earliest childhood memories is being jealous of someone in daycare because I wanted a turn. Ha. 

Weren't they awesome?!?!    That was my grandmother's back yard and when I was in it and on my "boucey ball", everyone needed to stay out of my way.   I think my brother experienced a wipe out a time or two when he got in my way.  

I loved the swings and still do. I used to flip them over the bar all the time. That I don't do anymore ( but I have thought about it!) I also loved the pogo stick. What happened to that anyway? Did it get outlawed?  I still remember getting it for my birthday.

I never mastered he pogo stick.  I kept falling off or face planting.  

Yeah it was hard to get the hang of but because I whined for it for my birthday so long I knew I better figure it out! They had to have outlawed those by now!

the see-saw and monkey bars.  Oh, and lawn darts....that is until "the episode"....but that's another story...

I stayed far away from the see-saw.  Mostly because we had some vicious kids who like to jump off while the other kid was still in the air.    So, the lawn dart "episode", is this one of those games that got turned into a game of the "moving human dartboard"?
