That is what I thought I had because I have been doing a lot of online research.  I don't think it is Raynaud's because my hands don't look anything like the pictures.  My fingertips get white but that is it.  I wondered if it was a magnesium deficiency? I think it is linked to nutrition too.  I will definitely keep you updated and you please do the same.  How much b12 do you take daily?

If you have a full set of labs done to check vitamins and minerals, it's 14 or 15 vials of blood. Anything less, and they are skipping stuff.

Check everything.

I am suppose to go in May and they said they are going to 1 year labs so I am hoping they can figure it out.

A lot of docs skip the more obscure tests. Because of your issues, check everything. Insist.

My regular PCP and surgeon typically only take about 8-9, but the neurologist has taken 12 or more on both occasions I've been tested with him. It's frustrating not knowing why I have this, hopefully he'll figure it out.

I can't answer this accurately because I take Ferocon which has B12 but I don't know how much is in it.

I use the multi patch daily, which has 1,000 mcg

Once weekly, I also add the B12 patch, which has another 1,000mcg

Whatever is in the Ferocon is on top of that, and 2-3 times a week I use a sublingual with 1,500 mcg.

No method to my madness, and I sometimes back off of the sublingual for a week or two just to keep my level from getting crazy. My surgeon told me to reduce my B12 when it was at 1400 something, but my neurologist told me not to because too high doesn't hurt anything. With conflicting requests from my doctors, I sort of just do my own thing and try to keep B12 on the high side according to my labs. It ranges from 1100-1500 when I've had labs done lately. Sorry I'm not more helpful. The answer is I don't really know.
