Take a look at World According to Eggface. I think she has a lot of recipes that might help. Get a crock pot if you don't have one they work great.

Thanks, 3Bassethounds!  Yes, Eggface's site is great and yes, I do have a crock pot, but I am not very experienced in cooking.

Brr, I'm cold and cranky, too. My car was encased in ice this morning and it took about 30 minutes to chip away at it. Cruel, cruel April!

I probably loved sandwiches a long time ago, but it's been 6 years since I've been able to tolerate bread, so the desire has fallen off the radar. Except for grilled cheese. That sounds amazeballs to me. Oh and a good old white bread PB&J sounds good, too. Damn you, AV!

Repeat menu from yesterday... only today I'm going to try to eat some of it!

D: Turkey meatballs with marinara

It's the simple things.   I miss toast.  Love to have toast w/butter and PB or butter and cinnamon/sugar to have with my tea.
