I am totally jealous of your Bananas & Cream Premier protein, all that Canada has that I can ever find at our Costco is Chocolate or Vanilla, and 99% of the time its chocolate, the vanilla is sold out. So the banana & cream sound delish!!!

Weekend was ok. The weather here in Syracuse NY really blows. We have been spoiled with an almost spring like winter and then this crappy ass snow!!
Not into sports but really happy that the Lady Orange Syracuse University team is making it to the finals of NCAA!! A/V did you not notice j/k!!!
Not related to anyone famous. I know who Harry Chapin is no clue about this Banana song?!? I am a music freak too this is sad.
I ate pretty clean this weekend.

Snacks Fage Greek Yogurt, Pickle ham and cheese roll ups
Morning AV. I had a great weekend. Did my first 5k. Unfortunately didn't hit my goal time, but I learned a valuable lesson. I stuck close to a friend of a friend who was also running it and spent more time gabbing than I would have liked. I finished it in 47:38, my goal was 45 or less. I know I could have met my goal, so next one I'm going to push harder. It was sooo cold here on Sunday, like 24 degrees when the race started. Here's a pic of me crossing finish with my hood up around my face and then one of the group of us who all signed up together.
Also forgot to add I'm on vacation this week, so as I type this I have a 2 year old climbing on me. I do have a plan for food today and I'm going to be very tough on myself this week since I don't have a schedule. I was still up my 5:15, but didn't make the gym this morning because I slacked and baby had an appointment to get a missed immunization.
Today is my 8 month surgiversary!
B: 1 egg, 1 bacon, 1 slice of velveeta cheese and one wonton wrapper crisped in a pan. Coffee with fat free half and half and SF torani
L: oven roasted chicken deli meat lettuce wrap with tomato and mayo velveeta cheese and a pickle
D: BLt lettuce wrap and maybe a light and fit yogurt.
S: ham and cheese meat roll up and a protein shake

I really missed my veggies last week.
