What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?
Yeah, I've gotten "the call" from the nurse, too, after I've insisted he get on the bus. LOL
My oldest is exceptionally bright--a card carrying member of Mensa, which means he scored better than 98th percentile on two IQ tests. He hated school because when he was in 2nd grade he had an 8th grade reading level. All his work was way too easy for him and 3 times a week the nurse would call and say he felt sick. I finally told her unless he has a fever or is vomiting in the trash can do NOT call me! No mom of the year awards for me!
I couldn't tell you how many times I've sung along with 30,000 Pounds of Bananas while on a road trip.
