What's On Your Monday Menu, RNYers?

Have you tried Lactose free milk? I use the Fairlife - higher protein, lower carb and lactose free....

I always look at it in the store but then I think I don't want to spend $4 for a half gallon and put it back.  LOL

They also have lactate pills that you can take too and use regular milk. They work fine for me. I just take them right before I have milk.

I HAVE auto check. That was lactaid.

Target regularly puts it on sale, so I buy 2... because it lasts. On sale this week $3. A little bit better.

I ONLY drink LACTOSE FREE. Yes its more expensive but so worth not going through the gut and stomach pain!!!!

Hey, Hey, Hey fellow RNY'ers.

OMG, I miss Chicago but do not miss the weather! Sending sunshine to you all!  I am sorry to hear milk messes you up that way. I love milk and would miss it.  I am so weird, I can't do skim but 1% is OK.  The weekend was spent knitting a new baby on the way blanket.  Didn't move much so I am sure the scale didn't move
