Oh my, The Bat Flip. It's all good. Toronto fans (and Red Sox, and, well, all MLB fans) are great. But KC Royals fans are just Over.The.Moon. ... especially the past couple of years. Go Royals!

I plan to take a walk with my Chihuahua, Tippy. Even though she's small, she pulls me along and makes me walk faster than I would normally.
QOTD: When I had 13 aquariums I could spend a fortune on new fish and aquarium supplies at the Pet Store, but I don't have my aquariums set up any more. I also used to be a big sucker for garage sales and thrift stores. I can't resist a "bargain"! But I've been forcing myself to stay away from those places so I won't drag home junk I don't need. Right now my biggest addiction is eBay. I collect Josef Original figurines and so I've spent a small fortune on those on eBay. eBay is also a great place to get almost anything else you need or want at bargain prices!
I love me some Target. Barely go to Walmart anymore... with my extra 5% red card discount-who needs Walmart. I like their food section too...That is were I buy my petite sirloin steaks. That way I can eat one and have no leftovers...
I was with you with the needing to remember to eat last Wednesday during meat week. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and I had eaten nothing, I had drank 16oz of water at like 8am and nothing after...I panicked too... What the heck?
So post meat week day 1 was a little bit of a disaster. Branched out into carbs by eating a small apple with P28 caramel Turtle high protein cashew butter (bought on recommendation of a non-WLS friend)... The cashew butter has 10g carbs, 3g sugar, and 14g protein... and I measure my 2 TBSP... my innocent apple had like 21g carbs- which of course I didn't look up until later. 31g carb bomb after a very low carb week.... WELL... then I was really really hungry 2 hours later... realizing the folly of my ways, I said "dense protein" So pulled out my TJ's roast turkey, ate a little of that, then decided to pull out some leftover Panera Bread Turkey chili I had. (It was in a 1 cup container) Now i still tend to eat too fast, but that actually usually makes me stop sooner... I don't know if because the liquidy nature of chili... I didn't realize I was full and had only eaten a portion...but it hit me like a ton of bricks when it hit... OMGoodness.... Anyway the TMI is within 5 minutes or so, I was in the bathroom vomiting... all I had to do was lean over... so stupid!! I abandoned my menu under the cir****tances and later on in the night tried to have a premier protein as I knew I hadn't eaten enough for the day, and could barely gag it down... it was getting stuck in my throat.
So Lesson learned.... just shows we need to be vigilant even further out. It also shows me how carbs effect me...meat week was eye opening.
So today is the day I usually allow myself a bagel, or part of a bagel. The first Sunday after church we have a pot luck, there are always bagels- this is NY people.... as well as food and desserts. I am making broccoli cheese soup to bring...so I know what is in it. Going to try to be strong and not eat a bagel after yesterday...my system needs a break.
B: Tea, Protein drink
L: (Pot Luck) - 1/2c broccoli cheese soup, 1/3 c tuna or chicken salad, cheese and pepperoni (Usually those choices are there)

For the question of the day. I have to say Costco,TJMAXX, and pretty much any other store. I am not a very good list maker. I am glad it is not snowing here. It is very cold and windy. I walked in it.
B:Ham and eggs
L:Fish tacos minus the tortilla
D:Stuffed peppers
S:Yogurt
Vitamins are in. Coffee is going down now.
Enjoy your day.
Can all you new englanders please leave that damn snow up that way?!?!
I had a great time last night at the game, I enjoyed it far better then baseball. Only thing I like better about baseball games is being out in the open air. (And the concessions are cheaper). We lost though.. Win some lose some. I felt so bad for my hubby who was uncomfortable in the small chairs. We signed up for WW yesterday's, he said he'll start following the plan today... Fingers crossed.
QOTD: really the question for me should be what store can I go into and NOT overspend. It was easier prior to weight loss, since I could disregard so much of every store. Now I can literally shop in every section. Macy's is my main "I could drop a pretty penny here in 5 minutes" stores. Behind that, target (of course) Walgreens and BJ's.
Move been to the gym, laundry and taxes or the plan for today. I ordered a cocyx pillow for my aching tailbone, that should make my loafing around more comfortable.
