Shut the front door! OMG I love this! Did you make this? This is just beyond awesome! Thank you for jumping into this challenge with both feet! I love that you had the insight to say you "drank" your calories. Congrats on the 2.2 loss, that's awesome. And yes a bacon tiara would for sure complete the outfit! You rock!!

I did have it made. There is a local lady who will put anything on a shirt for $17. I am slowly building an arsenal of shirts that say exactly what I want.
I have one that says I'm sorry for what I did when I was hangry and another I had made for my 20th anniversary that says This girl has a crush on her husband with giant hands pointing up. Next up.... One that says to Gnome me is to love me with a giant gnome on it.
I am keeping her in business!!
What I learned was ...my regular diet doesn't stray too far from meat & critter on a daily basis. I did miss my 1/2 grapefruits, and green vegetables ( never though I'd say that !!)
Was shocked and sad that with the low calories and the minimal carbs that it wasn't beneficial on the scale to me.
It was really fun to take part, and to be part of such an amazing group of people!!!
Looking forward to the next challenge !!!

Thank you for joining us Mona!! You still might get a loss on the scale, sometimes our bodies just need a few days to adjust to drastic changes. We loved having you and hope you stick around.
Already thinking of what to do for the next challenge!!

Good morning! Great photo - what is the body of water behind you?
QOTD: meat week (for me, all critters) has been impressive in respect to how full I have been almost every day, with very little night hunger. Yesterday was a 'big pouch' day, and I added a generous cheese snack to my menu plan ... Next time I will add HB eggs instead, because the cheese has so many calories. The fiber gummies were an absolute necessity and I would have been very uncomfortable without their help. So far I have lost only one pound since my Sunday morning weigh-in, but will weigh next Sunday morning to see if there is a bigger change after two days without salty ham. Conclusion: For the month of April, I will continue eating the All-Critters way for 6 of 7 days of the week with less ham and more fi**** really helps with the night hunger issue. On the seventh day I will have a small serving of berries and bananas.
Food:
B: chicken thigh
L: salmon
D: roast beef
S1: HB egg; S2: turkey bites
Cal-855, protein-101, fibre-25 (from fiber gummies).
The water is Boston Harbor. We were on Castle Island. It's been warm, but incredibly windy here.
