Just wanted to wish you the best of luck on your 5km tomorrow. You are going to rock it! You are doing so well with your eating and exercise!  Trilled for you!  I was chatting about you last night with my hubby told him I am so proud of you and that you are doing a 5km, YAHOO. Please post how you do and a pic for us!!

Sorry AMAW backed you up, I was fine but a few posters said they had problems with all the meat and not going to the bathroom. For sure next time use a daily Miralax to help.

My menu is the same as yesterday & the day before because it worked for me and because being on pureed / soft foods, my options are limited.

B:  1 egg, 1 cheese stick

S:  Cottage cheese

L:  1 egg, 1 cheese stick

S:  Protein shake

D:  2 oz turkey breast, string cheese stick

S:  Oikos Zero greek yogurt

Calories:  770  Protein:  97  Carbs:  39

What I learned from Meat Week - I enjoyed it and wished I was more advanced in my diet so I could have enjoyed steaks and other red meats and pork.  I probably would have tried All Meat if I could have eaten beef and pork.

My pre-teen crush - Davy Jones from the Monkees (that dates me!)  LOL!

Have a great day everyone!
