My menu is the same as yesterday because that worked for me and because being on pureed / soft foods, my options are limited.
B: 1 egg, 1 cheese stick
S: Cottage cheese
L: 1 egg, 1 cheese stick
S: Protein shake
D: 2 oz turkey breast, string cheese stick
S: Oikos Zero greek yogurt
Calories: 770 Protein: 97 Carbs: 39
My first job was as a "girl" sacker/stocker/carry out at a grocery store and I loved it! I also made the signs and banners for the store. They let me put artwork on the banners and soon people around town started asking me to make signs for them and eventually I started an art / sign-making business which I ran out of my home.

If we are not counting the crazy little jobs like camp counselor...my first 'real' job was at 18 working at a State Psychiatric Center. I volunteered there, and then needed a job. It Started my career in Mental health, but so glad I am not still there. Those places suck you dry.
WT Heck Meat Week... Was so not hungry yesterday, and as of this morning it has made me lose all the regain from last weekend's wedding shenanigans in AZ. I usually just drink fluids and have a protein drink in the AM, and don't eat solids until lunch. Well yesterday I don't know what happened...not on purpose, but it was 3:30PM and I had eaten nothing for the day, and wasn't hungry...not even my protein drink. I panicked when I realized the time... so in the next hour I had a premier protein, 5 oz roast Beef and a few bites Bacon Jerky. Dinner was 2 1/2 slices bacon and 2 slices Muenster Cheese, then thinking that wasn't enough added 2oz Trader Joe's Roast Turkey. Made myself drink a Premier Protein Before bed.
Going out to breakfast this AM, have to discuss a women's retreat I help run every year (which is next week)... with the one person who gave me a hard time about having WLS. Definitely put a wedge in our relationship. I think she's come round somewhat.... Even though I see/talk to her all the time...I have avoided any deep discussions since surgery almost 2 years ago. So this is our first face to face where we have time to 'chat'.... it shall be interesting....not sure about it.
Then I am going to spend time with a friend who I see more online than in person...she knows I've been losing weight and exercising but I never told her why... So going to tell her today, but I expect a good response here...I don't not tell people, just never 'announced'... it.
Today is my grandson's 3rd birthday. :( Sad to not be with Him....will Skype this afternoon when he opens my gift...

It is great.... It makes me sad because this is the first year he understands what a birthday is...and he was so excited for it. When I was there in February that is exactly what he said:
"I am so excited for my birthday....and that means I'm HAPPY!" hahahaha
