Good morning Cate, Protein Coffee is shorthand for the coffee flavored protein drink that I have every morning. My favorite is Fit Frappe Espresso and I make it hot with a shot of decaf coffee. There are lots of brands out there. Many people here like the Click brand. You could even make regular coffee with unflavored protein if you wanted to.
The trick to making any hot protein shake is to mix the powder with room temp water until it turns to a muddy consistency before adding the ho****er. Otherwise it's clumpy and nasty.
