I missing crunch. . . I feel kinda like a new post op who is missing chewing . . . I want something that crunches when I bite into it!

I can't be sure, but I think Shelleys blog/website the world according to eggface has some cheese that you bake in the oven. It should give you the crunch you're looking for & still stay within AMAW/critters week. Y'all can make it!

I've seen several posts with "Protein Coffee". What is it and how do you make it?

Good morning Cate, Protein Coffee is shorthand for the coffee flavored protein drink that I have every morning. My favorite is Fit Frappe Espresso and I make it hot with a shot of decaf coffee. There are lots of brands out there. Many people here like the Click brand. You could even make regular coffee with unflavored protein if you wanted to.

The trick to making any hot protein shake is to mix the powder with room temp water until it turns to a muddy consistency before adding the ho****er. Otherwise it's clumpy and nasty.

My appointment went well yesterday so yay me! Today's appointment is the chiropractor to treat whiplash. That pain needs to go away NOW. 

B- protein shake

L- turkey + cheese (no bread or anything :)

s- crab Mac n cheese (no pasta lol)

snack: beef jerky
