I have a massage appointment later this morning and then going to do some retail therapy. Maybe even browse through Michaels to find some new crafty ideas.   I haven't had a "me" day in a long time.  Still had to get up at 5:30 to wake my dd and drive her to school, also  worked out, cleaned the kitchen (don't know how it needed cleaning again since I cleaned it up last night) and 2 bathrooms and thrown in a load of laundry.

I also think I'm over the ham, i think it is causing the scale not to move because of the salt...

I know ham causes me to retain water so it's possible.

Ham is the devil for that very reason...

I have the same issues with ham.

My sodium numbers in MyFitnessPal are always lit up in red. The number looks more like the national deficit than salt grams.

But I doubt it's possible for me to retain any more water, so that's a bit of good news. No where to go but down.
