What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?
Good morning! My kitchen is at the front of the townhouse, so the view is the front yard, the street, and other townhouses. The living room, however, looks out over a hilly field with trees and a stream. Much more interesting!
Food - almost exactly as posted yesterday, except for switching out a hardboiled egg for Greek yogurt. Same calories, one extra gram of protein.
B: ham
L: pork tenderloin
D: roast beef
S1: HB egg, S2: chicken thigh
Cal-840, protein-115, fibre-25 (Vitafusion fiber well gummies)
Outside my window is our new covered deck and beyond that our backyard and then woods. We only have a little over an acre but it is straight back pretty much.
I don't follow basketball.
We are leaving Sat for vacation!!! to the beach for a week where I will TRY to jog on the sand- not sure how well that will work but will give it my best. Need to build up distance and speed before May 1 race.
I also need to design my 'beach' manicure which I think will be seashell nail wraps!
B: ham
L: ahi tuna burger
D: not sure
S: yogurt
S:not sure
yoga and stretching tonight
Good Morning!
i think i hit a wall. I have gone hard since 6 days post op, with house guests, and Easter Masses, hosting a party back to work full days instead of half. Started on mushies foods the last few days and woke up feeling nauseous and achy.
I am going to back off to shakes again and try to get more rest. I was feeling so good before i hit the wall i was going to up my walking and wanted to start some light weights for my arms, but i just finished a couple of spreadsheets and all i want to do is crawl back into bed now. Which i am going to do.

Good Morning!
It's always fun when your city/area has something exciting going on. Being a Michigan State Spartan fan this March was NOT exciting at all. Now we're gearing up for Tigers Opening day...it didn't realize not everywhere treats opening day as a holiday!
My kitchen window over looks our street and the neighbors across the street. Nothing to rave about. This is something on our list of things to pay attention to when we buy our next house...
While I am not participating in A-MAW, I have made it a point to reevaluate my carb intake. It has been very helpful, so thanks for that A-MAW'ers!
