I would still like to lose more weight.  That said, I am currently trying to up my calories -- but generally I am always below 900.

I love when the Badgers make the Final Four, Madison is always such a happy place.  In honor of AV, I will be a SU fan this weekend and cheer accordingly.

A-MAW is surprisingly going awesome!  I am down another 1.8 lbs today.  WTH?  4 lbs in 2 days... something is not quite right about this but I am going to take it and RUN!!  I ate nothing but meat again yesterday and I found I am never really hungry.  I also limited myself to 3 coffees yesterday and 1 decaf last night as a snack.  Hubbie took the Key Lime Pie to work so luckily that temptation is gone!

Last night I took my bike out for the first outside ride of the season.  I forget how much I actually enjoy riding my bike.  However, I ask as a cyclist, mother, wife and daughter, PLEASE give bikers space when you pass them in your car or truck.  I had many people within the 3 ft law last night and it is scary.  An extra 10-30 seconds to slow down before you pull around will not make or break you.  PASS THEM LIKE YOU LOVE THEM (they are someone's husband, wife, son or daughter).  OK - OFF MY SOAPBOX!

QOTD: I look out over the subdivision.  Perfect for spying on the kids when they are outside playing with friends :)

I am a UCLA Bruin and we are a BASKETBALL school . . . except this year when our team sucked.  So, since I was teamless this tournament I agree . . . In honor of AV i will cheer for SU!

I've thought many times about getting a bicycle. But I'm certain I'd be squashed like a bug.

That exact thought runs thru my head every time I'm out on the road.  I try so hard to stay off of busy roads and cycle defensively.  I try to pay attention hard enough that if a car doesn't see me I will sure as hell see them!!

Except riding around my neighborhood in circles... there are no safe roads near me. Unless I drag the bike on the car to a state park or something... Being Tall I always found it hard to find a bike that was really sized right....

I agree 100% If I have to drive far away, I'd end up preferring to walk. And driving for at least a half hour just to ride a bike seems counter productive, and I know I would end up not doing it. At least, not often.

YAY!  I stuck to my Meat and Critter menu 100% again yesterday.  Since I'm still on the pureed / soft foods, all my menus look pretty much the same.

B:  1 egg, 1 cheese stick

S:  Cottage cheese

L:  1 egg, 1 cheese stick

S:  Protein shake

D:  2 oz turkey breast, string cheese stick

S:  Oikos Zero greek yogurt

Calories:  770  Protein:  97  Carbs:  39

This view out my kitchen window is from a couple weeks ago when we had snow, but I love the sunrise!  We live in a subdivision just outside of town so there are other houses in the picture, but I'm very thankful that I have such kind neighbors!

The view out of my front window.  Much prettier when the trees and everything are green.  Sometimes you can see a flock of sheep grazing across the road.  Very peaceful.
