Hey everyone -- AMAW continues without a hitch.  I can't eat any more ham for a while though.  I am going to force it on my husband and son...

My planned menu for today:

Breakfast: 2 slices of thinly sliced bacon

Lunch: 3 oz rotisserie chicken breast

Dinner: 4 oz strip steak with 1 tbs of horseradish

Snack: 1 oz bacon jerky.

Total planned calories (including coffees/drinks/supplements) - 697

total planned carbs - 18

Edited to correct dinner.

I felt the same way today, no more ham this week.  I did however have pork sausage this morning.

Good Evening Kat,

Do you always stay so low cal?  Looks like you have lost all your weight long ago.  I was on 600 till about 6 months but now just trying to find my way during maintenance.
