I still read this thread all the time. Will write what I ate yesterday. Considered that I lost alot of weigh last week from a nasty UTI I have gained a couple pounds..... I am thankful for the gain. I lost 14 lbs all fluids the nut(yes she is)nutritionist lady said.

BKFT 2 Hardboiled eggs with a tablespoon of bacon bits

Snack Pickle wraps cream cheese and ham

Lunch Garbanzo Bean salad 1/4 cup(has feta, ham, beans) 2 baby bell cheese

Dinner Strip Steak

Probably a little low in calories but considering that I did not eat for a couple weeks I am proud

Posting late. I walked this morning then had a meeting. My view my back yard is the woods which I do like. Some day we will move back into a small town with a small yard but not sure when that will happen. 
This was last spring

Hoping it looks nicer this year. We will see.

D  Pork Sausage with melted cheese tomato sauce dip / Shrimp

S  deli shaved roast beef and cheese roll up   /   Deviled egg

May have another little snack later!!! 

Feeling good....bowels are moving (whoohoo)....haven't weighed in since Sun morning and I usually weigh every day so cant wait til Friday!!!!

Hoping this little change up will get that scale moving.  I was 150.4 lbs on Sunday......      .4 from my original goal of 150 and I have been in the mid- low 150's since FEBRUARY, its been soo slow going.          Im ready for the 140's ...... COME ON!!!!!!

I was so against all meat week , then did some research and started to look forward to some meat menus. Come on folks give me some yummy meat ideas

Ok so first Pictures.  here is my mom at our last party.  lol, and oh yes a picture from my back door.  Ok the truth.  that is Yosemite that i visited last weekend.  and i do not think that is my mom but i did meet and dance with her.  LOL.   

I ate the same menu today on my protein based day.

Ran 4 miles of hills today, and 1 hour bootcamp

130 oz of liquids

lost .5 pounds this morning 

Protein: 118

Carbs:  35

Fat:  52

Cals:  1,086
