RNY March 16, 2016 HW 258/ SW 249 / CW 235 / GW 149 (my goal. surgeons goal 170)
I started excessing around 6 months. I got serious about it around 10months. I set work out goals for myself so that I wasn't aimlessly working out at the gym. Now I am training for my first 5K, I am building muscle and logging my gains.
For food I follow the RNY diet of high protein and low carbs. My typical diet is 800-900 calories, 100+ protein and 40 or less carbs. I eat lots of lean protein and measure and log everything I eat.
You look amazing and super fit! Congratulations!!
