i would replace some of the water with a prot shake - i used the 35 gms per 12 oz Pure Protein cans.  You will work up to getting 60-80 in.  Im a year out and still have a few prot shakes each week.

Okay. So Today has been different.  What do you think?  It is too much? This morning, I think I felt hungry for the first time :/

Water 8oz

Protein Shake 11oz, P-30

Breakfast: 1.4oz scrambled egg, 1 pc turkey bacon  P - 8

Water 2 oz

Lunch: 2 oz chicken, 1oz cream of mushroom soup to moisten P-19.1

Water 4oz

Snack Light n Fit Yogurt (Almost all of it) P-10

Water 8 oz

Dinner: 2 oz chicken, 1oz cream of mushroom soup to moisten P-19.1

More water to come....

Currently at 33oz water, P = 86.2!!!!!! The first time I have met the 60, but exceeded it too!!! :)

However, I am at 593 calories.  Is that okay? Being that it is only 5PM, I'll probably have another snack tonight...or not.
