You two look amazing!  God if I never knew your stories and I was sitting next to you in the restaurant I would just assume its two girlfriends hanging out having some food & laughs. Amazing job ladies.    You two get EXTRA GOLD STARS for not only losing the weight, but maintaining AND having plastic surgery!! BRAVO!

Welcome back-missed you and hope you had a great mini vacation. 

So my daughter ran a full mile with me last night! We have the 5k coming up Sunday so she really wanted to try and push herself last night and hit the mile. She has a goal to run 2 miles on Sunday...we'll see!!

Great job!  my friend and running partner has an 8 year old daughter.  She said she wants to run with us so we signed up for a 5k color run in May.  It's so nice that the younger ones are inspired by our activity and want to make it part of their lives!

Welcome Back, AV.  

I'm on Day 2 of the Critter's track of AMAW. Yesterday night our dinner plans were derailed so we needed to stop for something.  We ended up at Chipotle and I ordered a bowl with Chicken, Steak, cheese, and green salsa.  I got a few strange looks but I stuck to the critters + condiments.  I did get a terrible, terrible stomach ache yesterday night -- I'm wondering if it's from the lack of fiber or if I didn't hydrate enough yesterday.  I am going to try to be extra vigilant about hydration today and hopefully that will help.  If not, I may need to throw in the meat towel.

Love that you improvised at the restaurant and ordered all that meat/cheese, that is awesome!  Sorry to hear you had a tummy ache, hope its better now.  It might be the meat, not enough fibre/fat or not enough fluids, but whatever it is I hope you will give AMAW one more change tomorrow because you are doing so amazing!  125 gram of protein is just wicked awesome!  Keep up the great work!
