Preach on Grim, preach on! I could seriously see me doing this full time. Pre meat week I was a "critter", I ate veggies and cheese, but now its just stupid easy and ridiculously filling. I will see by the end of the week, but I am really enjoying this!

I don't have any secrets Melissa for moist chicken. I tend to cook the large breasts on the bbq at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, and when I see clear juices start to run out of the chicken I know they are done. I also let them rest like you would a steak, makes a difference. I also always use bbq sauce. There is this killer spicy bbq sauce I use and it would be really hard to eat that much chicken if I didn't have the bbq sauce. Good luck!!!!
