Good morning,
Ah, Tuesday is certainly looking better than Monday, not as crazy here and the sun is shining!
Survived day 1 of AMAW or in my case all critter, I had an amazing hawaiian turkey burger (minus the bun) at a local restaurant last night, it was the highlight of my day!
I am surrounded by carbs! Hubby brought home half of a giant ricotta pie from our niece's house on Easter, yesterday he brought home the biggest loaf of Portugese bread I have ever seen, one of his employee's mother sent it in for him. At work yesterday people brought in their leftover desserts, tiramisu, lemon bars, etc. and today there is cake! Give me strength!

Hi AV, glad you are back and home safe & sound, hope your weekend away was awesome!
Happy Day 2 of Meet Week Gang! How is everyone doing? OMG I swear I am still full from yesterday's turkey!! DENSE PROTEIN YAY!!!
Today's menu is brought to you by Chicken!!! I am having a chicken loaded menu today!!! Its chicken, chicken, chicken and salami!
Pic is of me cooking three chicken breasts last night for today's breakfast & lunch & dinner (had to pan sear inside, was raining too hard for bbq which is my preferred method of cooking) I weighed out 5oz for breakfast & lunch, but it might be too much, I might end up eating only 3.5 or 4oz, its just so filling!!! I put into MFP 5oz of chicken but might need to adjust if I can't eat it all. Actually this whole week I am doing chicken, I spent over an hour last night doing different dry rubs on them and portioning the breasts into zip loc bags for bbq-ing this week for meat week. Hubby still thinks I am nuts, well its true I kinda am! LOL LOL
Want to know what I really like about this "meat week" couple of things and they are not related. 1. I love how easy it is, I get some protein ready and boom there is my three meals and snacks for the day!!! Sooooooo damn easy. 2. Love how we are all coming together as a group and supporting each other and having fun, thank you everyone!! Hope you are having as much fun as I am!

It IS easy. People sometimes ask me for my chicken recipe, or beef, or whatever. Ahhhhh . . . put it in the pan (or grill), cook it for a while, turn it over. Is that a recipe?
It's not rocket science, just dinner.
