Morning all, Sounds like you got a lot of steps in this weekend AV. I envy you your trip to DC I haven't been there in years and would love to go back and visit. I'm not eating just meat but I am trying to eat a bigger portion of meat this week. I have my support group tonight so my snacks may not get eaten. I may not have time. One month the group is a nutrition group (which is this month) and the next is either an exercise group or more of a psych group.

My stupid scale was up 2.2 lbs this morning for whatever reason. JERK Nothing like seeing this HUGE spike UP on the graph. I can never stay at a a new "lowest" weight for long.

Hang in there! Your body cannot hang onto the water forever, and there's no way you are gaining at 600 calories! It will happen!
Good morning! Happy to be starting day 2 of AMAW. I ate exactly to my posted menu yesterday, and didn't have any really hungry episodes between meals. That's an excellent start!

Good morning! Seriously Juniper, I was offered so much chocolate, candy and baked goods yesterday! WTF? I was proud of myself and only ate meat all day long My only issue was that I had 5 coffees yesterday. 3 hot and 2 large iced coffees. I really need to cut back today but it was my carb surrogate yesterday. Also, my hubbie decided to make Key Lime Pie last night?? Seriously? We have mounds of Easter candy and half a coconut cream pie in the frig. Please finish the junk before you make more.

When I stepped on the scale this morning I had lost 2.2 lbs. It seems too quick for AWAW to be working but I'll take it!
