Morning all,  Sounds like you got a lot of steps in this weekend AV.  I envy you your trip to DC  I haven't been there in years and would love to go back and visit.   I'm not eating just meat but I am trying to eat a bigger portion of meat this week.  I have my support group tonight so my snacks may not get eaten.  I  may not have time.  One month the group is a nutrition group (which is this month) and the next is either an exercise group or more of a psych group.

s-cheese stick and grapes

l-hamburger patty

s-yogurt

d-taco salad

s-maybe some skinny pop popcorn don't know yet (they had big bags on sale at Costco and I bought a lot of it lol)

My stupid scale was up 2.2 lbs this morning for whatever reason.    JERK  Nothing like seeing this HUGE spike UP on the graph.  I can never stay at a a new "lowest" weight for long. 

11 months 3 weeks since surgery

M1: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M2: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M3: 4oz Fairlife skim milk, 1 scoop Syntrax milk chocolate w/ lots of ice

M4: 3.7 oz canned tuna, 1 tbsp light mayo, 2c raw baby spinach

Totals: Cals: 607  Protein: 107  Carbs: 20  Fat: 10

Hang in there! Your body cannot hang onto the water forever, and there's no way you are gaining at 600 calories! It will happen!

Well I did eat some jelly beans and a few pieces of chocolate on Sunday.....but NOT 2.2 lbs worth! HAHA

Good morning! Happy to be starting day 2 of AMAW. I ate exactly to my posted menu yesterday, and didn't have any really hungry episodes between meals. That's an excellent start!

Food today:

B: ham

L: roast beef

D: pork tenderloin

S1: HB egg; S2: chicken thigh

Cal-840, protein-115, fibre-25 (all from fiber well gummies)

Good morning!  Seriously Juniper, I was offered so much chocolate, candy and baked goods yesterday!  WTF?  I was proud of myself and only ate meat all day long   My only issue was that I had 5 coffees yesterday.  3 hot and 2 large iced coffees.  I really need to cut back today but it was my carb surrogate yesterday.  Also, my hubbie decided to make Key Lime Pie last night??  Seriously?  We have mounds of Easter candy and half a coconut cream pie in the frig.  Please finish the junk before you make more. 

Time since surgery: 20+ months

B: Coffee with cream and pork breakfast sausage

S: Pepperoni slices and coffee with cream

L: Rotisserie chicken ( I completely skipped lunch yesterday becuase I was still full from snack so we will see what happens today)

S: Deli ham and iced coffee with cream

D: Country style pork spare ribs

W/V: Started

E: 2200m swim and 1 hr bike

Totals: Calories 978, Protein 69, Carbs 13 (WOW), Fat 71

When I stepped on the scale this morning I had lost 2.2 lbs.  It seems too quick for AWAW to be working but I'll take it!
