Being stuck in the middle of stuff like this would increase my stomach acid! Awful.

Great looking menu Melinda!! We are big leftover people too! Well after WLS for all of us a "meal" can last two or three meals now. I also love meatloaf, my husband hates it and so I never make it, but I miss it so much!!
You are doing awesome on AMAW critter, keep up the great work!! Post some pics!!

Bravo Kathy for knowing your body and up one day, down one day, no change one day is all part of this journey!! Yesterday and today was "interesting," for me, I loved the dense protein and the feeling of fullness, I was surprised how much my "head" wanted food. I knew I was full from the protein but for some reason I wanted to snack, it was really really weird.
YAY for steak, I love steak, post some pics please!!! Keep up the great work, you are kicking butt on AMAW!!!

Awesome men for 3.5 months out, you are kicking butt! Keep up the great work!
Okay, I'm finally home. Dentist went swimmingly, since I got the gas. Still, 3 hours since my root canal and everything is waking up and I'm not feeling much of any pain at all.
I hit the gym this morning, dentist at 9:30, then therapist at 11. We decided that I'm doing so well that she wants to cut back to once a month, which I am fine with. We spent half the session small talking about kids and stuff, lol.
My plan for the day:
almost 8 months since surgery
B: Quest vanilla milkshake protein powder with 6oz fairlife skim and 6oz of almond milk. coffee with cream and splenda
L: 3oz grilled chicken with 1oz fat free mozzarella and 1/4c cottage cheese
D: 2oz ham, 1 egg, 1/2oz cheese
S: light and fit greek vanilla, quest vanilla milkshake with 12oz almond milk.
totals:
calories 845 protein 126 carbs 28 fat 26
Honestly, I don't know how long I can hang with meat week. The chicken I ate for lunch is sitting like a rock. and I just want a pickle!
