Hi all! I sadly already a AMAW-C drop out. I realized I just can't quite yet get to my protein goal daily without some protein shake supplements. Majority of what I eat though is already all critter aside from that! Had some Easter chocolate this weekend and was pissed at myself. But, I'm working on my head game and while it's still in the house I'm going to win and not have any more. The emotional/mental consequences were not worth it.

10 weeks post op

B: egg bites

S: 1/2 Nogii bar

L: 2oz ham

S: beef jerky/light string cheese

D: candy cane shake

S: 1/2 bag Quest chips

Cals: 660.  Prot: 78.  Carbs: 33

Hi Sara, you are NOT an AMAW critter drop out!!  We allow protein shakes on the critter challenge (that is one of the reason's why we came up with the critter option, for protein shakes).   Easter chocolate on the weekend is in the past, move forward.

AMAW started on Monday so if you stilll want to be in for AMAW critter we would love to have you!!!  But I understand if you want to drop out, just let me know.  Keep working you will get it, we are all here to support you, come here daily and often if you need help/support.
