What's on your Monday Menu RNYers? Meat Week Begins!
Looking forward to the day when i can join you for AMAW challenge a few months down the road.
I THOUGHT i had my Post op appts, but got there and realized i was a week early. WHOOPS. Maybe they took part of my brain instead of my tummy.
But i got to see the nutritionist, and asked her for more food choices. so she put me on full mushies, full slusies, full somethingshies, whi*****ludes ricotta, cottage cheese, other soft type foods-= they sure do recommend the carbs- potatoes, oatmeal... but not me!
B- 4oz milk in my latte , then Premier protein shake
Lunch- 1/2 oz pate, 2 oz cottage cheese
Snack- shake
Dinner- 1/4 cup ricotta bake- i made a full pan of it to have it easily at hand- i made 1/2 mixed with pesto and 1/2 mixed with a no sugar tomato sauce.
snack- shake.
64 oz water.
vitamins done.
no exercise yet. but i did take a nap- i am so so so tired. I worked quite a bit today for work and then hit a wall and had to lay down.

Supper - 1/2 cup chopped chicken, 1/2 slice ham and 2 tblsp. shredded mozza cheese
