Good morning! Am excited to be part of AMAW All-Critters version. I'm hoping this approach will make me feel full longer to eliminate the dread night eating.

Morning all, I can't join in on meat week. I struggle to eat meat. I really don't like most meat however since surgery I am eating more then I ever have before. Good luck to all of you!
b-premier protein
s-cheese and a few grapes
l-bbq ribs and baked beans
s-yogurt
d-probably more leftover ribs
I'm still on the fence about going strictly meat/dairy because I do tend to eat mushrooms or zukes as a side for almost every dinner, but tend to do meat/cheese for lunches and breakfasts.

There HAVE been many times when I've ordered "meat with a side of meat" for a meal. ( That term will get you some interesting looks in restaraunts...haha. )
