B  egg 2 turkey bacon

L boiled egg, greek yogurt

Cappuccino

D 3.5 rotisserie chicken / 2 deviled eggs halves (1whole)

ZUMBA

S shake

Egg heavy today....but I  them.   I went shopping for more MEAT items!!!

Great day!

B Cheese omelette (1 egg & 1 oz. Cheddar)

L Chuck Roast (3oz) w/ onion

D Swiss cheese (2 oz) Hard boiled egg

S Light & Fit Greek Yogurt

Used my brand new Instant Pot and it worked like a charm...the Chuck Roast was so moist and delicious.  Definitely will not be putting it back in the box!

Breakfast-premier protein shake

Snack 1/4 of Oikos Zero yogurt

Lunch ooops missed that one

Late afternoon rotisserie chicken two bites steamed zucchini

Snack Califia coconut almond milk with inspire vanilla (ummm didn't mix well for some reason but I drank it anyway-yumm)

 Ok this is some of the meat food that i prepared for the week, pork, chicken, sliced ham,  turkey sausage, egg salad (not in the pic) bacon (that ones for you Grim) first bacon i have had in a year.  OMG was so yummy.   I do agree  dense protein kept me full all day along with my liquids.

 

I am 13 months out.  Weight this morning was 124 pounds.  

Meals today:

B:  Poki for brunch

Snack:  3 oz. low sodium ham

D:  3 oz turkey sausage, 2 TBS vodka sauce

5 mile run

120 oz of fluid

Monday: 2 miles walk 1 mile power walk

            30 minutes of stretching floor exercises

                     30 minutes of weights

2 cups of black coffee,

2 vanilla premier protein drinks

2 oz of shrimp with garlic butter

4 bottles of 16.9 oz of water.

2 oz of dak ham and horseradish

Protein 78/ Calories 520/ Liquids 107.60

Tuesday:  miles walk 1 mile power walk

            30 minutes of stretching floor exercises

                     30 minutes of weights

2 cups of black coffee

1+ 1/2 vanilla premier protein drink

5 16.9 oz of water

2 oz of Dak ham with horseradish and 1 oz of shredded chedder cheese

2 oz of dak ham with horseradish

Protein:72//Calories :570// Liquids 113

Love your protein, love your exercise, love all that liquids you are getting in!  How are you feeling?  Good I hope!
