hiatal hernia blocking anything passing?

hi, I've had gastric bypass in October 2010. In April 2012 I had a peptic ulcer and had to have it surgically fixed. Then April 2014 a hiatal hernia that also surgically fixed. Now we are almost to April 2016 & it's a hiatal hernia in my diaphragm blocking passage and close to my heart. I haven't been able to eat for 3 weeks and sometimes a little protein shake will go down. This hernia doctor is worried about fixing because of its so close to my heart and this is scary and very painful and I am weak from malnutrition and away from my original doctor who has done all my surgeries. I have had so much throwing up that last June I had all my teeth removed because they just disintegrated. I am so frustrated with it. Has anyone else had this many problems with rny ?
