What's on your menu Photo Friday RNYers?
I'm hoping that the weather holds here and I'll be walking this evening. I don't think i'll be doing any running, but if I can get at least a mile in it will help loosen me up. I'll also try to stretch out tomorrow morning before I head to the gym. It's sad that one day of exercise can hurt me like this, lol.

yummy looking breakfast!!! mmm now I want bacon & eggs! walking will help your muscles and a heating pad or ho****er bottle help me a lot when I get stiff and sore after a hard workout. I also have used the topical stuff, we have Absorbine Jr here in Canada, not sure if you have that in the US, its the one that works the best for me. Great job on the calories Deanna, you are killing it girl!!
Your lunch sounds yummy too!!
My husband prefers Portland over Seattle. We drove down and stayed one night in Portland to explore the city. It had more of a small town feel to it, and my husband preferred that to the bigger city feel of Seattle. I could do either, I think that the Pacific Northwest is one of the most beautiful places there is.
I just counted and I've only been to 10 of the 50 states. I think I need to do some travelling here soon. This summer we're headed to North Carolina and Georgia for a week.
