Welcome to my beautiful state. I find though living in Maine I often forget how beautiful and special it is. I really take the scenery for granted, especially in the dead of winter. I love that I can live somewhere 5 minutes to the ocean and 30 minutes to the mountains.  :)

QOTD: I would say Germany, Austria, (Christ the redeemer) in Rio, Sugarloaf in Brazil, St.Martin, St. Thomas, Belize. These are a few of my favorite things... (singing)

Plans for weekend: running errand after work, getting fresh farm eggs from neighbor, then jogging. Tomorrow I am dealing with jewelry straightening and lunch with mom and neighbors and board games. i have to make some kind of dessert for this and so I might take that pound cake and buy some ice cream to go with it. Sunday DH mom and I are cooking at my house. Ham, sweet potato, deviled eggs, rolls, squash/onions. I'm going to stick to ham and eggs, maybe a bite of squash and sweet potato.

I think I'm going to jamberry gel/wrap my mom- I think she will like it to have something on her nails for a change. Plus she bites them so they never grow long.

15 year anniv was great, I had a southern burger with no bun and sauteed spinach as a side. The burger had homemade pimento and cheese on it and a fried green tomato. I picked all the breading off the FG tomato. It was very good but the burger must have been 6 oz because when I took the leftovers home, and weighed the burger with cheese on top, it was 3 oz.
