You look beautiful, no matter what. I have learned to love the "before" me. She was important, and I had to be her before I could be me.  That gorgeous girl on the beach shaped who you are today, and that is someone pretty darned special. 

 Height: 5'7".  HW: 299, Program starting weight: 290, SW: 238, CW 138 - 12 pounds under goal!

Maryann it has taken me this long to post back to you as your post gave me a lot to reflect on.  Up until I read your post I can say I did not even consider loving the before me. I think maybe its time I take a look at that.  That will be a very uncomfortable journey for me but now that you have brought it to my attention I think its something I will look into.  Thank you for that.

And wow I have to say its hard for me to accept your compliments (I have never, ever, ever been good at accepting compliments) but thank you so very much, means a lot to me to hear you say them

Ugg- just typed out a message and reloaded the paged by accident so it disappeared. I'm off today, had a physical, went to the gym, now coloring my hair. 

Qotd: Red Rock canyon in Las Vegas really impressed me. Never thought much of hunks of rock before, but I truly enjoyed it.

Good morning all!  I am most definitely working, but hoping to sneak out a bit early.  Those plans never work out, but I always have hope!  Looking forward to AMAW, except I may need to switch to critter option.  I know this is totally in my head, but I don't know if I can run without having my yogurt first, and I have 2 training runs planned next week.  I KNOW I can do it, but my head has a habit of trying to control my behaviors.  We'll see. . .

NQOTD:  I'm torn, so I'm going to select two places.  Israel and Italy.  The beaches of Israel are beautiful and the north, which is farm land is beautiful.  My best day was walking the apple orchards, picking fresh apples from the tree and just walking.  Italy is . . . . well it's Italy.  Need I say more.  Unfortunately I read this thread when I get to the office and don't have access to my photos, so no picture from me.

My plan is totally up in the air, and I forgot half my food at home so . . .

B: Chicken thigh meat (3.8 oz) 

L: Hamburger patty with grilled onions and a slice of cheese, kale salad

D: ????

S: Dannon light and fit with 1/2 oz of walnuts and skinny vanilla latte (I have a FREE drink and I'm meeting a friend after work)

Totals (without dinner)

Cal: 855, Protein: 78g; Fat: 35g, Carbs: 50g (yikes, that's high for an incomplete menu.  hmmmm)
