Great pics Dee, keep up the great work, 90 grams of protein is awesome for 3 months out! mmmmmm Jerk Chicken, I love Jerk chicken!!!!
Agree with the other men posters, stay away from the Jelly Beans, you are only 3 months out, don't test it. You are lucky you didn't get the jellies stuck in your stoma!! Be strong, you can do this!!

QOTD- I loved those little metallic paper covered eggs. I have to say- since there are so many canadians on the board, that the Chocolate in Canada is so much better than the chocolate in the US. So i have to say my fav are canadian chocolate eggs. In the US there are additional oils in the chocolate and Cdn and british chocolate dont use any other fillers. I live in the US now, but will always love Cdn chocolate. I just dont eat it anymore :
I was upgraded to yogurt and thicker soup/ purees

Funny story about Canadian chocolate (kind of). Our long-time neighbors and friends travel through Canada to Lake Michigan each year to a family cottage for vacation. They are an "everything we do is so awesome" kind of family. Anyhow, they have long extolled the virtues of Canadian Oreos, Canadian Chocolate, and Canadian Smarties--among other Canadian things.
Recently, their 13 yr old boy was eating at our house. We were eating pomelos and talking about grapefruits. The boy loved the pomelos, and we asked if he ate grapefruit much. He said not much, but that they always made a point of buying grapefruit at "the cottage." (Where everything is awesome of course.) He said they prefer the grapefruit ther, because the Canadian grapefruit are just SO MUCH BETTER.
So, what I want to know, is where do the Canadians grow those farrrrrrrr superior grapefruit? California? Florida? Mexico?
We giggled about this for a week.
And p.s., my mom is Canadian, so this is not a knock on the truly awesome country of Canada.

That's really funny!! I love your story. Of course we ship or import most of our fruits and veggies at least during the winter months until we can grow stuff here! But that is really funny they think everything tastes better here, it must be our clean air, I don't know LOL LOL LOL
