Hi Nikki and Menu gang! Happy eve of long weekend! I am going to do a separate post on A-MAW in a bit, stay tuned!
So we are having really bad ice storm here, I got up early, got out to my car at 5am to scrap the inch layer of ice off and warm the car up to try and get ready for my hour commute to work and this happened... my DRIVERS side wiper blade snapped off in my hand from the ice! Oy vey! And it wasn't that the clip came out, the plastic piece snapped right off!!! Needless to say I called my boss at 6am & took a vacation day, so I am now off and don't go back to wor****il Tuesday, heaven!!
Favorite Easter food: Candy wise hands down Cadbury Creme Eggs hands down, food wise, nothing specific, my Mom always made the same meal for Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas: turkey, mashed potatoes, mashed turnip, mixed salad and fresh rolls & usually an apple pie for dessert. I love turkey but who doesn't!
Before & after pics: Before pic is of me in Florida February 2013 (this is my skinny niece beside me) and after pic was last weekend, we were on our way out for dinner with my cousins. I love all of everyone's before & after pics, but is it just me that got super depressed looking back at our old obese photos????? God I hate how I looked!!

My house growing up was a turkey for all holidays as well. My Dad loved Turkey and Chestnut dressing... so it was required. Cooking a huge turkey for 7 was only going to happen at holidays.
