What's on Your Wednesday Menu, RNYers?

Happy Wednesday All!  Yay for extra long weekend AV.  I was thinking of doing that too... I work at a hospital so I get statutory holidays for Good Friday and Easter Monday, what about you all?  If we are all off for Good Friday, then are we doing "photo Friday" on Thursday????

Thanks for the head's up to the gang for April 15th THEME Photo Friday!  I am excited!  I know already which picture I will post, now I just have to find it!!! This is fun gang, we have "things" to look forward to each month, Mach is Meat month, April is Flashback, what will May be???  Any suggestions? Come on don't be shy!!

QOTD: well there are so many... hmmmm.... totally agree with the gas in the car, HAS to be an even number, my hubby is the total opposite he LOVES the random numbers, as I would do $45 on the nose, he is $45.32. I can't even look when he fills up my car with gas.  I am also in the same camp as Grim with the money, it all has to face the same way, and it must be small bills in front, and goes up to large bills in back. And drawers being closed, OMG I want to die. My husband, bless his heart, is THE WORST at this!  He has his dresser and I have mine. The five drawers he has never changes what is in them, top drawer is socks & undies, next drawer is undershirts, next drawer is casual T-shirts etc, YET EVERY DAMN MORNING I hear him rummaging through the drawers looking for socks & undies and a t-shirt and leaves all the drawers open, just like an inch or two. I drives me mental, and I mean mental.  My other "quirk" is brushing my teeth.  We have one of the fancy Oral B spin brush, and I have a whole "routine", first I must floss (must be waxed mint floss), then I have to run super ho****er over my the brush head to warm it up, then toothpaste that is the exact size of the brush head, not bigger, not smaller.  I then start on the upper left side, then bottom left side, then upper right side then bottom right side, then upper left back side of my teeth, then upper right back side of my teeth etc etc et****il my whole mouth is done and then I repeat.  Then I must rinse my mouth with ho****er in this crazy rapid fire way and spit once. My husband has literally watched me do this daily for 16 years and is still in awe of my psycho routine.  YUP teeth brushing for me is a job!! WACKO right!  There are a lot more but who has the time to type or read...

I am still eating the carnivore way of life to prepare for next week.  Ummm OMG after I eat I am not even remotely hungry even for the next meal.  I am just about to eat my 5 oz of grilled chicken breast for breakfast.  Yesterday I ate it at 9am and was not hungry at all until around 3pm, I swear!  I am usually a protein with veggies girl, but just straight protein, wow that is FILLING!  Grim you are on to something here!!

Time since surgery: 2 years and almost 5 months

B: two cups of coffee with splenda & lactose free milk then 5oz of grilled chicken breast with 1 tbsp of Stubbs Spicy BBQ sauce

L: 1 can of Clover leaf solid white tuna with 2 tbsp of Kraft Balsamic dressing

S: 3 slices of salami deli meat + 1 tsp of spicy mustard + Protein hot chocolate

D: 6oz of grilled bbq chicken breast + 1 tbsp of Stubbs Spicy BBQ sauce

S: 6 shrimp + ****tail sauce (if I have room, I might not eat this, the chicken for dinner will fill me up!!!!!)

TOTALS: Calories: 1200  Protein: 177  Carbs: 24  Fat:  41

V/W: vits are done, calcium is on alarms, lots of coffee/tea/water with lemon

E: running errands at lunch so 2-3 kms for that and going for a run tonight with hubby and the pups after work 6km

You get Good Friday and Easter Monday off??  I am so jealous.  I work for the State and I get absolutely NOTHING off for Easter.  I could use my vacation but I don't.  My kids have been off all week for SPring Break but they go back on Monday.  

Hmm... photo Friday on Thursday.  It's an idea.  Maybe do a #throwbackthursday photo day.  Before and afters??
