Lol we thought it was just our daughter who had to have the TV vol on an even number! My thing is hanging the washing to dry. Has to be perfect all in order, i have all black pegs to save any angst over peg colours!
Good morning!
Last week at this time i was on a gurney being rolled up to anesthesia for a pre- procedure for my surgery. today- i awoke with no pain, constipated as heck, and planning on working a 1/2 day.
bkfst - protein caffe latte (decaf with a spalsh of caf to see if i can get my bowels moving ) TMI i know but i have been on colace, taken miralax
lunch- protein shake with some PB2- going to change it up a bit-. the other day when i made this i put some into 2 oz jello shot containers and froze them- they were a nice snack last night
dinner- broth with protein
84 G protein today
sugar free popsicles
at least 64 oz water/ herbal tea/
QOTD - i dont have any quirks like that but i do when it comes to the type of glass i drink out of, the type of silverware i like to use, I have so many other issues, thankfully this -OCD type stuff- isnt one of them.!
