Rockstar Recovery :D
I was super sensitive to caffeine early on, but now I can have it without much issue.... and the RR has almost no sugar and no fizz (which tends to make me uncomfortable... I still shake my Diet Mountain Dew to de-fizz after more than four years out).
In the beginning it was lots of water, lemonade Crystal Lite, Gatorade G2 (cut in half with water), low-sugar protein shakes, ice tea with splenda, de-fizzed Diet Coke.

I am not a doctor, but I play one at work.
Coffee. I don't like a lot of flavored drinks, but I do like Fresca. A lot. Sometimes I'll drink Crystal Light mandarin orange iced tea (in the squeezy bottle).
You know, it seems to me that whenever I do stumble upon a drink I like, it's discontinued. I'm looking at you Melon Propel and Snapple Plum-a-Granate and Sobe Black Cherry Dragonfruit! I'm bitter. LOL
Water flavored with Mio Berry Pomegranate. I liked Crystal Light for a very long time, but now I find it too sweet. The tartness of the Pomegranate makes it more palatable for me.

We brew and drink a lot of ice tea. Current favorites are herbal Wild Berry and Peach Passion.
I also like a little bit of apple juice in my water. I'm trying hard not to drink calories, but every so often thi****s the spot. Like you, plain water does not sit well in the pouch.

I don't drink juice -- and apple juice is notoriously high in sugar -- but my skinny husband (note the bitterness there) loves juice. He especially loves apple juice and often drank a splash in water several times a day. I noticed my 10 year old was also getting into this habit -- so I bought Apple Orchard Mio to see if I could stop the apple juice consumption.
To my surprise, my husband (who usually detests anything that isn't his idea) really likes it. I've tried it, and I like it too. In fact, to me, it tastes a lot like apple juice if I use a lot of it, although, keep in mind that I haven't had any real juice in nearly 3 years...
So anyhow, maybe give this a try and see if it could let you have your "treat" without the sugar from actual juice?

I've never really cared for apple juice until I got pregnant. I do buy the "kid's" apple juice, which is lower in sugar, but it still bothers me that I'm drinking calories. I'll have to look for the Mio. I drank too much of that stuff a few years ago and avoid it now. But, I've never tried tha apple and do want to get back in weight loss mode after the baby arrives. Thanks, Kat!
