What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
My routine is similar to yours AV! Alarm goes off at 5:40, but I'm thinking of trying a little earlier and getting on the treadmill since I waste so much time in the AM.

Good Morning Everyone
I have a really hard time throwing food out and just can't do it. My budget is tight and see the money spent. I have milk, yogurt, and oranges I picked from my tree and find I am eating these items. Strange to be saying that about those healthy foods, but low carb is key for me to lose. They will all be gone by next week so I am not going to beat myself up about a little orange or a glass of 1% milk.
Meat Week! Meat Week! Meat Week!
B: 3 egg scramble
S: Small orange
L: Premier Protein drink

Good morning! I survived oral arguments last night, and much to my disappointment, I did not have the newest god's gift to the legal profession in my group. They were all nice kids who were incredibly nervous. I did have one poor guy who was the male embodiment of the Valley Girl, with every other word coming out of his mouth being "you know," "totally," etc. He did not get a recommendation to be invited to join Moot Court.
KQOTD - My alarm goes off at 5:05. If I'm feeling it, I'll get up and do some form of exercise. More likely than not, I'll meet my dog on the couch in the family room, turn on the morning news and spend some time with him. I get in the shower around 6:30, if I'm going with curly hair, put gel in it, stick in my contacts, and put on makeup. I go grab my lunch (which I pack the night before), throw on some clothes and am out the door by 7:30. That whole schedule changes if I have court in the morning.
Here's my plan:
B: Turkey and cheese
L: chicken thigh meat, kale salad
D: tri tip and asparagus
S: tuna (a touch of mayo and a squirt of mustard) light and fit. I had planned a Latte, but I have a free drink and you can't mobile order ad use a free drink. When I drove by my usual starbucks the line was out the door and I didn't feel like standing outside. I reserve the right to add my latte later (as its already accounted for in My Fitness Pal)_
