Good morning! It's hard for me to post a routine because that implies doing the same thing each day. Since my job could be in one of 7 places in different parts of the state, no two days are alike. For example today I've already been in meetings since 7am which meant I left the house at 5:30am (so no exercise). Thursday, I won't have to be anywhere until 8:30am, so I will definitely go the the gym and probably do lots of other stuff too. I love mornings! But no matter what the day, I haven't slept past 5am in years, and every day starts with a hot cup of protein coffee :)
GO SOX!
B: fit frappe espresso
S: Sargento balanced break

Reading everyone's routine wore me out! I am SO impressed with all of you. Hubby and I neither one work so the only days I set an alarm are Thursdays when I have pantry and Sundays for church. Most days I wake about 7 and get dressed with clothes I laid out the night before. Then I feed and water the cats and potty the dog before I make my breakfast. Then it's time to check my tablet and wait til I can have my cup of coffee. Sunny day here in Illinois too but still a bit brisk. Exercise will be 3.2 miles at the park with Lily and 30 minutes on the bike at some point. Lily and I will do another mile too after supper. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese with 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz ground turkey 1/2 c broccoli S Greek yogurt. Post op almost 43 months and weight at 121.8 today. Have a great day everyone and make some wise choices,!
QOTD: Depending on when my first meeting of the day is (not later than 8 but can be as early as 6:30 for some damn European) , I roll out of bed- take out the dogs, feed them, drug one of them, make my faux coffee (decaf), weigh and get mad, brush teeth, decide on breakfast, crate 2 of the dogs, then head downstairs to office. I usually have 20 things in my hand and usually drop several of them on the stairs. Sometimes it is my faux coffee! Sometimes DH takes the dogs like this morning, and I get to sleep a LITTLE LONGER!
I'm not a fan of most sports, I like watching hockey for all the fights.

Gack! Deleted my post! Summary - used to get up at 5 am, walk the dogs, shower, dress, commute. Until my current freelance project finishes, I work from home, so no commute. I sleep til 7 am, sip coffee and read, and start my workday at 9 am (or thereabouts). The dogs get a longer walk later in the day. Once I get a part-time job, I'll return to the initial routine, but at present, I savour my flexible schedule.

Good Morning! Enjoyed not leaving the house yesterday (other than to walk to Starbucks in the afternoon)just hung out around the house with my kiddo. Today we are going to cheer on our cousin's son's baseball team at their tournament for a bit but other than that and support group tonight it should be a pretty low key day.
QOTD: I have gym day and non-gym day routines LOL. I will give you a non-gym day. Up at 3:45a(yes, you read that right), do stepper, pack food for the day, put on make-up, do hair and throw on clothes, get coffee and on my way to work by about 5:45 :)
