What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?
Good Morning from sunny Syracuse! It's cold, but the sun was like God's flashlight pointed directly in my face on my drive in. I'll take it! I'm also super psyched because my son has baseball practice tonight. I friggin love baseball. LOL Or as my husband (the coach) continues to write in his e-mails to the team, "baseaball". I have no idea if he's doing it on purpose, and I haven't mentioned it to him because frankly, it's kind of funny. I'm going to ride it out and see if he notices that he keeps sending reminders like "AAA Baseaball Practice Tonight". LMAO
QOTD! Tell me about your morning routine. ahem My alarm goes off at 5:35 and I rise from bed promptly at 6 am. LOL I shower, dress, make breakfast for Sr. and Jr., pack lunches for me and Jr., dry my hair, apply my face and I'm out the door at 7 am. ta-da!

QOTD: My alarm goes off at 6, I wake up, try to get stuff done before the boys wake up, get our lunches packed, when the boys get up its getting them ready etc, then we leave and I go to work. I normally shower at night (because hubby is home to watch the boys), and I pack their daycare bag the night before.
My hours were just changed at work, I used to go for a walk or workout before work, but now I work earlier so that will have to be after work. Unless I want to wake up at like 4:00am, which I don't..sooooo yeah.

Morning, My routine.... I get up at 4am take a shower, blow dry my hair, do my eye's (only makeup I wear is on my eye's), make my bed, get dressed, iron my uniform (yes I should do this on the weekend but I never do...I think about it but!), make my lunch, grab my protein drink and out the door, I leave my house at 5:30am, my commute is a little over an hour depending on traffic. I get to work at least 30-45 minutes early (again depending on traffic) I like to ease into my day.
b-premier protein
s-cheese and skinny pop popcorn (I so love this popcorn)
l-sloppy joe (the last of it can't waste)
s-yogurt
d-? tbd maybe a hamburger patty and veggie
I love baseaball too. Ok, that's basically a lie, because I don't know much about baseball, but I do love an excuse to scream obscenities in public - so going to games or watching in a bar is a fav summer pastime. When I lived in the city I was about a 10 minute walk to the stadiums, so between open windows, the proximity and every neighbor having the games on tv or the radio - I always knew what the Phillies were up to.
My "morning routine" actually starts the night before - or even the weekend before when I'm doing really well. I pick out my outfits for the week on Sunday and plan my menu/get everything packed the night before. SO! In the morning, my first alarm goes off at 6:30, second at 6:45, at which point I get out of bed and turn on the shower (which takes a full 15 minutes to get hot because my apartment is literally as far as possible from the ho****er heater), then lay back down and check my email and social media immediately because what if something important happened over night - aka a flash sale at Express is announced?! I take the fastest showers known to man, so I'm in at 7am, out by like 7:05, then it's a quick makeup and hair do, clothes on, breakfast and lunch out of the fridge, and out the door. Basically every single morning I stop at Wawa for coffee and then I'm to work!
Done!

Who's in Instagram? If you are, you should totally follow DOVIESWORKOUTS! I did this leg/booty series last night and it was awesome.
PS. Important question - protein powder expiration dates - mean something? Ignore and still use? Do you think it's like medicine where if it's past the expiration date it's just not as "potent?"
