OMG, Daisy! I just read your A-MAW post and was A) cracking and B) filled with rage for that lady who shall not be named.

I started like 2 different replies to her and then decided I should just let it go. But that comment about most people failing made me so mad! I wanted to be like - where's your stats on that, lady?!

I am glad it made you laugh Anny, that was the point of the post!

And yes I think Grim & Deanna & Stacy had EXCELLENT posts back to said person, so I just let it go. Everyone gets theirs in the end, karma is real... just saying

If people can't see the fun in this A-MAW and have five days of amusing posts and looking at meat menus then I don't have time for that kind of anger and narrow mindedness in my life.  Don't waste your time beautiful, you got all of us who are behind you 100%.

Oh on a side note... told my hubby about you, and how gorgeous you are and all your beautiful clothes and dresses and he says to me "you should be more like her, wear more dresses, if you like her style so much then do it" you have inspired me, the girl who fears wearing dresses (its the fat girl inside of me that scream no to wearing dresses) to step outside my comfort zone and look for some Spring/Summer dresses.  Hate that we don't live closer to each other, I would so be hitting you up for shopping dates.

Thanks for your post Anny, I think a lot of us menu posters feel the same way you do

Hugs girl

OMG, girl, you made my day. Thank you for the compliments about my style! I am soooooo excited to hear that you're going to try some dresses. Summer dresses are amazing - dress, sandals, go! Love it!

Once my size stabilized and I was buying new clothes for (not so new anymore) job, I made a concerted effort to cultivate a certain look for work, and to some degree in my day-to-day life as well. I picked a color palate and still try to stay mostly within it. I pick things that have tailored silhouettes and while I do wear some bold patterns, mostly wear solids. Especially because I'm on the young side for my position, I try to dress extra professionally.

When I no longer had to hunt for anything huge that would fit, I've tried hard to buy US made clothes. That ended up being mostly online. When I found everyday tee shirts I liked, I ordered two of every color they had in my size. So, I guess you and I are alike, as far as working in a color palette.

I've been told that I have an inimitable sense of style.

I definitely wear more dresses since losing the weight. It used to be only summer maxi dresses that cover up everything.

The Meat/Critter Week post did take an interesting turn!  I panicked this morning.  I'm running a half marathon on April 9 and miscounted.  I thought I'd have to pass on critter week since I tend to eat higher carbs before a 1/2 (I need my overnight oats!!).  But luckily I'll still have a week to get my carbs in.  So operation Critter is a go!

So, I'm not a huge fan of the creme egg, but that McFlurry looks AMAZING!  Count me in for the Canadian meetup!!

YAY Stacy so glad that A-MAW does not conflict with our 1/2 marathon!  Wicked!  And wow, April 9th will be here before you know it.  I am sure  you will do awesome.

If we ever figure out a meet up, you will for sure have to be there!!

Sounds like a nice weekend AV. I'd like to hear an update on the Fire Stick after you've used it for a while.

Special shout out for Meat Coordinator Daisy for putting together next week's Meat Challenge. I love her sense of humor and enthusiasm.

Celebrity crush? Tough one. Most of you won't know who she is, but I'd have to go with Sarah Shahi.
