Those two munkins make MY womb hurt!  They are adorable!  I miss when my nieces were that small (they are now 23 & 21). The little pip does look like you a lot!

Enjoy your lighter commute this week, and little to no meetings, that's a win for sure!

Most of my mom's sisters were awesome. They would take us shopping and have sleepovers. Best childhood memories.

Morning, boy this weekend sure went by fast.  My celebrity crush is George Strait, love me some Strait.  egg salad sounds so good.  every time someone mentions it on here I think I need to fix that for lunch then promptly forget about it.

Hi AV and menu crew!  So glad you had an awesome weekend, sounds super productive!  Wicked on the Amazon Fire TV, that must be so nice and a real treat and saving money, well win for sure!

Celebrity crush, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, something about this smile, his sense of humour and those muscles!! 

A-MAW (All meat all week whi*****lude critters) is next week, starting Monday. I did post about it on Friday afternoon, do go check out the post... it was interesting, you will know what I mean once you read it al.  Yes condiments are allowed & coffee of course!!

I have two quick pictures to post, one gives me great joy and the other great pain...One is my Runner's magazine = JOY, its just chock full of interesting facts, menus, stories, I love it!  The other is the source of my pain, McDs has a Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry out, we got a coupon book for McDs in the mail and this was on the front cover, hate you McDs and your yummy McFurrys!! 


I have started to eat like a carnivore to prepare for the A-MAW challenge next week.  Yup its weird, but totally doable for five days, the questions is will I actually like it and do this more often... hmmmmm only time will tell. So that is why my protein numbers are so high.

I decided to start the challenge early--tried to do it this weekend. Followed my plan to about 90% but I had some nuts along the walk yesterday and then had a bite of my friend's sandwich (made with rosemary bread. Mmmm.). But it was a good start and I am going to keep trying!
